It is important to still keep fit during the break, we don’t want you to grow a whole lot chubbier after your quarantine. Although you shouldn’t go outside as much anymore and you shouldn’t go to the gym, there are plenty of exercises and workouts you can do without any thing, just you and a video or tutorial.


HIIT, HIIT is high intensity interval training, which is within a short amount of time, it can get your heart rate fast and really good for weight loss. If you search it online, you can find tons of these. Here are some you can do. 


Yoga, of course some people don’t aim for fat lose, they just want to keep healthy and feel fresh and relaxed. Yoga does the work, and most parts of yoga, you don’t need anything, maybe a yoga mat would be good, but it is not a requirement  


Easy workouts, of course other than full body workouts and relaxing stretches, you can also work on specific parts of your body. Here are some workouts you could do for each part of your body, of course there are plenty as well if you search it up, but here are some workouts you could do.
